Experiences everyone?

I'm 38 weeks pregnant. And today when I was checked I was 1.5 cm dilated. The doctor said that was normal, but with my first I wasn't dilated until I went into labor six days after my due date..

Soooo is this labor coming soon? Orrrr will I still make it to my due date!!!

Darn but also maybe yay! I've been false labour for a full five days. It's been tiring lol. It was a lil different with my daughter. Three days false labour. 3.5 hours start to finish (was athletic)

I was 2cm a few days prior to giving birth. It ddoes not mean labor is imminent, but it's a good sign(:

Labor with your 2nd is usually shorter, but not always quicker if thay makes sense. You can be dilated this far for weeks. It could also happen fast. My sis on laws 2nd was later than his older brother by about 5 days although labor was shorter by about 3 hours.
