Tips for Nausea/Vomiting?

So my first child didn't paint the prettiest picture of pregnancy as I spent most of my time vomiting or being sick up until the 3rd trimester. Five yrs late and only seven weeks along with the 2nd one, it's happening again.  I can't eat fruit so any tips on what to do/eat is greatly appreciated.

Motion sickness bracelet u can get at the drugstore. It works good to me. And pharmacist told me lots of women used it for morning sickness so I bought and  tried wearing it. Since then I never missed any days at work and my body went back to normal. My doctor told me you can wear it as long as you want. No harm. Not taking any medication.

Try licking some salt and drinking half a Gatorade. It helped me most of the time
