Arms falling asleep

I'm 4 months & many nights wake up with my arm {typically left} numb & tingling. Does anyone else experience this or have any suggestions? I try to sleep on my left side as recommended but it doesn't seem to help.

No prob @NinaMarieey... I haven't experienced it since I've started elevating myself @ night. I've tried to step up my water too! Good luck!

Thanks again ladies. Increased my water intake & elevated myself a little while I slept. The last few nights I've had no problem!

I have the same problem but it's because of our posture and our necks and vertebrae are getting compressed u may need an adjustment from a chiropractor.

Try and elevate yourself a little more. I was having that issue so I did some research and started using an extra pillow at night. No more issues :)

Yeah that happened to me. Its normal, just try and lower your sodium intake and up your water during the day. Mine would go numb and as I got further along it actually started swelling.
