How to help baby's head move to anterior position?

'm 41+1 weeks. Baby's back is in a perfect position, but his head is sideways, with his ear facing out. I've been having nonstop contractions every 10 minutes for the last several days. My ob thinks my body's trying to go into labor but can't because his head isn't pressing enough on my cervix.

My husband and I have been trying to help the baby turn his head with pelvic tilts, belly wrapping, and rebozo sifting. Does anyone else have any suggestions to get him to move?
