Bio Oil

I just realized my stretch marks are getting worse. Coco butter is not working.  I heard bio oil will lighten them. Has anyone used it after the fact to lighten there stretch marks and does it really work?

Zinc and vitamin E supplements can help the health of your skin. Safe to take in pregnancy but just take it at a different time of day to your prenatal tablet (as it reduces the absorption of iron).
I think it's helpful to target skin health from the inside and outside!

I've been using.it every night like clockwork! And that what it has done, took the harsh colour off them! But mind you, it took awhile for it to work! But I'd be lost without it now!
