Nonlinear shd read online.  I checked but could not find the article. But I found sonething on iui (intrauterine insemination). Hope it works out though the chance of it happening depends on timing,  health, age,   among others. Success rate without taking hormones to stimulate egg production is around 4% and prescription hormones mess the chances increase. Wishing your friends all the best.

Read somewhere about a guy who helped couples concieve.  He would do it in a medically sterilized cup,  seal it and within minutes hand over the the goods to the prospective parents who then find the nearest bathroom and deposit into them inside- they only do this when they are fertile so one has to know the ovulation dates to maximise the chances. The guy has fathered over 50 kids according article,  he has a website. The article was on  Abc news or some other news channel. The guy gets the sterilised cups from medical suppliers nonline.  Am i suspect the recievers of the sperm would use a sterilised syringe or something. If they are  uncomfortable going to doctors and avoiding the high costs. Will try and check nonlinear for the article.

Its worth a try as long as they don't let the sperm sit out to long (yes over time oxygen does kill it) i don't see why it would not its still going in like it would. The sperm job is to look for an egg so that's what they do. I would still suggest him going to Dr though.

You can put sperm in an air tight cup/container and it will last a longer time. I have looked at it many times under a microscope after it being hour old.

I am a nurse i know what i am talking about. I never said she should see a Dr i know the problem is him. There has been a case i know of a virgin got prego from her bf jacking off to close to her vagina if this can happen so can dumping sperm in the vagina. Drs are not always right. That's why the medical field is a practice. Good luck to them getting pregnant.

oxygen does not kill sperm immediately  but once exposed it begins to dry. Once dry it is dead.
My dr said the likely hood of this method working is slim to none. And your best best is trying to track your cycle in order to find your fertility dates. And the woman shouldn't see a dr the male should in order to determine a decrease in sexual arousal.
This is coming from an obgyns perspective.
Best of luck.

Oxygen does not kill sperm...there is a good chance it will work healthy sperm will swim up an find an egg and they can live up to 7 days in the women. Why does he not go to the Dr about his problem to help them out also so everyone can be happy :)

I would also contact a doctor. Dunno if 'dumping' it in would work as much as a syringe or a turkey baster.. Lol good luck

When oxygen hits sperm it kills it i believe.
But if he is doing it right at the start puts it in and ejaculates inside their would be a chance.
Maybe have them contact a dr. Who would now more on how to conceive in their situation.
I know it can seem a bit embarrassing but if they truly want to become pregnant it would be the best.
They can help you track your cycle as well if you can not on your own so she would know the best time to try and conceive.
