I had my son in October and my period came in nov but didnt come this month. Can breastfeeding stop or delay your period?

It's called the post partum bleed. A lot of women think it is done and it starts again. I bled for 9 weeks after giving birth.

How can it be post partum bleeding if my bleeding already had stop before my bleeding began again in nov which was a regular period to me because it last 4 to 5 days

Thats what I thought too...if breast-feeding would have stop my period why would I get a period in nov but not dec.

Yes, but you would likely have not had one in November if nursing was going to make you miss it. You could be pregnant again.

Yes. I didn't get a period until I stopped nursing after 16 months. What you had in November may not have been your eoruod but post partum bleeding.
