heres my update

So I haven't been able to post this earlier cause my mom internet *****. But let's catch up cause I could use positive advice right now. My husband and I were living on our own for the first time in our entire relationship some would say it took longer for us to get on our feet than normal. Well I thought we were doing decent considering our situation. We lived in a two bedroom trailer single income house . No one wanted to hire me where we were living cause I was prego so I couldn't help much. Our food stamps had just been cut completely and our wic office here wouldn't reschedule us another appointment and we were finding it hard to get gas money for my baby doc . But I was still being positive. Well this past Thursday our power had been cut off saying we were a month behind I had had no idea we were behind I tried to help with finances but it was like my hubby shut me out on that convo.and because it got cut off and no one to help we had to pack everything up in that same day in a 90° trailer and have my mom move us in her house. We had to get rid of our puppy who was like our baby cause my mom already has a dog. We had to leave furniture everything. And for the life of me I can't seem to find the silver lining in my life right now. Can u ladies help me please sorry its so long just needed to vent ... p.s giving away my puppy broke my heart cause she probably wondering where we are and why we did this to her and it makes me feel worse and makes me wanna cry

Ahhh.   I'm so sorry.  What a terrible time.  I'm glad you could go to your moms and hope that helps.  Then you can try again later when you guys are in a better position.  Why couldn't you take your furniture?  Any way you could borrow the money for electric and get another month in the trailer and maybe the govt. assistance will come through?  I was going to say too that so many places give grants paying for women to take courses to help them get a job and you could probably do that online.  And maybe your mom could pick you up and take you to doctor's appointments if you were able to get back to the trailer.  I don't know, I'm just problem solving.

But it just really sounds hard and I'm so sorry you are going through this.

I'm very sorry about your puppy. That hurts too.  They are very much like our little babies.  The good news is that dogs adapt pretty quick and if he/she is in a good home, she will go on as dogs do.  They are wonderful SIMPLE creatures without the complex emotions that we have.  I know my pup would miss me but I'd feel better knowing she is getting lots of love wherever she is at and I'm sure your puppy is!  But know that is heartbreaking to lose your pup.

hang in there hon.  Wishing you peace and hugs

It will get better. Just stay positive and as hard as it is, try not to stress. It may look bad now but when life gets tough, it just means God has a bugger better plan. Idk if you are religious or not but if you are, praying is a good method. I was in a similar situation. Me and Hubby got a small apartment and we were doing good. He had just gotten a job and everything was awesome. But he had a warrant out for non paid fines and ended up in jail and I had to move in with my mom and he came too after he got out. So we were living with her and they helped him get a really good job. But things were rough because they had us paying them money that we should have been saving. We were never gonna get out of there. So tension was high. Me being 8 months prego didn't help. So we ended up fighting and thank God my brother took us in after she kicked us out. So hubby lost another job because she took our car, it was in her name. But things are starting to fall back into place. He has 2 jobs now and we are saving up money (: my brother is super understanding and isn't making us pay anything. Won't be long until we are on our own again. You are in my prayers. Good luck xx
