Me and my fiance have a kitten and he handles the litter box cleaning it and all that. But our kitten decided to pee on our bed and we didnt smell it until this morning around six so we took the blankets off and washed them but will it harm my unborn baby smelling the urine for that amount of time until we realized it was kitty urine:( a little worried please let me know what you ladies that have went through this think or kmow. Thank you

You should be fine. I'm actually the one who changes the cat's litter box and i wear gloves and a mask to do it. They are more worried about cat feces than cat pee when it comes to that.

While I know ammonia is very bad for baby... our carpet in the bedroom has old cat pee on it from when our cat was towards the end of battling cancer... we haven't had a chance to pull up and replace the carpet yet and I smell it from time to time... so far our baby is doing fine :) 16w5d
