My favorite thing to do now is go to the seasonal consignment sales in my area. I know theyre pretty popular in most areas... thr one i go to is held in one of the malls in toen that hardly does any business anymore so they have a ton of open stores. The best thing to do is go on 1/2 price day (the last day of the sale) and get a ton of clothes for cheap! I feel like I'm on a like a shopping spree for kids clothes lol (yes, I'm  a lame parrnt who gets excited at silly things like that) ;P

I dont know if they're everywhere but i like to check stores like Ross, DD's, Burlington & my local 2nd hand stores.

I agree with pp, once upon a child is great, also goodwill, takes awhile but some times you find some gems. Also clearance at alot of places, walmart, super store.

As far as clothes, if you have a once upon a child in your area, I'd try there. Their clothes are very gently used very cute, and a huge variety since they're not getting their supply from just a select few vendors. They also have some new things. At least the one in my area does.
