Miscarriage Question

Ok so close friends of ours experienced a miscarriage at 10 weeks (this was 2 years ago) well we are 6 weeks pregnant right now. Because of our friends experience we are too afraid to get excited and we are afraid to tell anyone we are pregnant. Worst of all... the potential for a miscarriage is all I think about. I'm so worried and it's so depressing. I'm 24.. very healthy and this is my first pregnancy. Should we really be so worried???

Believe me try your best not to worry , worrying just makes you not enjoy your pregnancy , I'm 16 weeks pregnant this is my 5th pregnancy , 3 of them ended at miscarriges around 5- 7 weeks and I have 1 baby girl that's almost 3 years old . This pregnancy I told myself not to stress out and just enjoy being pregnant .
Good luck

No u shouldn't be worried.  A miscarriage can happen to anyone healthy or not. I had a miscarriage with my first and I was healthy but things happen sometimes. Their are many reason a miscarriage can happen, but all u can do is try to be your healthiest, don't lift anything too heavy and listen to your body.. but u should be ok...
