Ooooh wow im 38 weeks and 4days and im dilated 2cm, i go to the dr tomorrow so i can see whats going on. I have 10 days til the due date, and i feel im having anxiety attacks. This waiting game is crazy, specially for me being a first time mom.

They say there's a handful of things to help the baby engage and move down if you haven't dropped, but really it's only successful if he's READY to move down. Unfortunately, we're at our baby's mercy and have no control over how slow or quickly they come out - not the other way around. Best just to try to keep yourself as comfortable as what you can.

38 weeks & 4 weeks - been having false labor and Braxton Hicks since 31 weeks, but showing no signs of dilation or effacement, nothing. :/
