My family swears by the fajas and so do I! This is my first baby, but I used fajas to slim down before to shed a few lbs here and there and it works! And sure enough I already have two ready to go after I give birth! The best fajas are the Colombian ones!

I'm getting some ace bands that's what my family uses and they get flat bellies quickly. I'd suggest the thick large ones:)  I'm doing that.

I want to try something like that this time, do u think the slimming underwear u can buy that holds in ur stomach and thighs would do the same job? Just thinking one of those bands might be really uncomfortable x

I wore a faja as well and it really helped me after my c-section but my tias (aunts) put it on me right away after my c-section because it does help. I had 2 and I would wear it to sleep, shower with it on then take it off and put on the dry one. it does feel uncomfortAble but trust me it is so worth it

My mom makes put a faja on as soon as i leave the hospital for the cuarentena at least. Just make sure u dont wear it to ur six week checkup bc some drs. frown on it.

They have postpartum belts also, I purchased a Shrinkx belly wrap for $40. You wear foe the first 8 wks right after birth and help with proper posture while breastfeeding. There's also one for your waist to get it back down to where it was before pregnancy.

I wore a something like a tight tank with a built in faja type thing right after I had my daughter! It was very uncomfortable :( lol but I didn't have any problems

Definitely look for a faja called fajate they are Colombian. it is the best thing you can get! You can do it a week after labor! They can be from $70-140 depending on how you want it but they are worth it!!

I think that's the same thing as a faja?
It helps things tighten back up after you have baby, so you don't stay flabby
