unsure how far along!

Hello ladies!
So I took an at home pregnancy test and it came out positive. I was told that you couldn't tell if you were pennant in a test until you are about 4-5 weeks.
I calculated that my due date is  around July 3(according to the first day of last period) which makes me at 3 weeks....
Is there that possible to know at 3 weeks?..
(Going to the drs. Soon.)

As you know, Its mainly based on how long it takes for the hormones level to reach a high enough level to be tested positive. The first doc appoinment is also an estimate , its not untill the first ultrasound they have a more accurate estimate of age. It was kinda frustrating to me ...had to wait, what seemed like forever to find out how far I *actually* was - and it changed a few times by 2 weeks.
Mmm, thats bout it

Yes you can definitely find out that early, for most people it just doesn't show up until 5 weeks. Also, if your last "period" was short and spotty it actually could've been implantation bleeding and since it was around the time of your period, you could've been mistaken! If you are unsure, they will definitely tell you at your first appointment.
