I dye my hair every 6 weeks i get foils, you just gotta be in a well ventilated area so you aren't breathing in a whole heap of chemicals from the dye. I have always waited until week 13 just incase but that's my choice. Go for it :)

Im 26 and just got my hair done. I had thr base color changed and put highlights in and my stylist would never let me do it if it wasn't safe.

It's an old wives tale. It's fine to get your hair dyed. As a hairdresser i have loads of pregnant ladies colouring their hair. Including myself. It's only dangerous if you are allergic to hair dyes but other than that it's perfectly fine. :)

I heard that it is safe just as long as you are in a well ventilated area and if the hair coloring doesn't have ammonia. If I were you, I would dye my hair outside. If not, then at least be around a window that is open with maybe a fan blowing.

I also have my hair dyed did with my first pregnancy but didn't get it redone when needed and I'm on my second pregnancy now I got my hair done before I found out and it badly needs doing as I'm 35 weeks tomorrow but I won't get it till after baby gets here. Some people say its OK to get it done others say its not because of the chemicals etc. I don't no but I'd rather wait till baby is born you could ask your doctor see what day say.x
