39 weeks!

When exactly should i lose my mucus plug? Im 39 weeks and two days i am only 1cm 50% effaced
I feel like this baby is never going to come :( i just want to meet my baby boy already
I do about 10-20 squats a night hoping itll help me go into labor or dilate.. but nothing works..
Any suggestions ladys?
I tried castor oil i tried nipple simulation sex squats..
Im to the point where im scared ill go past my due date..

Some never loose their mucus plug. And I was told by a nurse to never do nipple stimulation without super vision because it can be dangerous and all the woman that she was around that did it had to have emergency c-sections. I've always been told sex and watermelon

You might not lose your plug til you're in labour. You can't really predict when exactly you'll lose it.
