Mayo is fine if it's store bought. Store bought is pasturized. Homemade mayo includes uncooked eggs so there is a chance it could make you sick. Same with Caesar dressing. No raw egg ingredients. My dr also said lunch meat is fine to eat cold but generally better to stick to prepackaged stuff. Those slicers they use in delis are only as clean as the workers keep them. The threat is listeria but that can be found on lots of things- particularly salad bars even fruits and veggies. There's no way to bar every possible threat. Don't worry it probably wasn't something you ate- just regular pregnancy issues.

Mayo is fine unless it's homemade. Store bought is pasteurized and doesn't harbor bacteria.

No lunch meats unless hot, and you arent supposed to eat mayo.
