Regret

The only thing I regret about my first pregnancy was not researching child birth. I wish I would have read books about it. I was 18 my first pregnancy and I just really regret not educating myself about birth ! I'm pregnant again and am trying to read as many books possible on the subject to prepare myself for *fingers crossed* a vbac.

A vbac is very possible! With a supportive Dr who doesn't try to scare you, its an amazing experience! Had a csection in 2010, my first vbac in 2012, and going for vbac #2 in March! Good luck mama! Stand your ground if its what you really want!

If you would like research, with my first we went with a midwife. Best decision -unfortunately, insurance won't cover this time around- if you are open for options I would recommend watching the business of being born. Very informative, and will open your eyes to a new world of birth. I am all for natural but understand that it's not for everyone. Best of luck and whatever you decide to do will be best for you and your baby and body

Good luck. It is absolutely possible. Make sure you find a doctor or midwife who is supportive. Some doctors refuse for no good reason.
