Freaking Out!!!

Hi new mommy's and future mommy's, I have a question and any advice will really help. Im pregnant again for the third time but i lost my second bby at 2 months. So im a little worried about this one. I had a appointment yesterday  with my Obgyn saw my little jelly been and heart is doing great. But i was told i had a little bit of blood on the sides of my uterus he said to not lift heavy things rest and no sex untill i see him again in two weeks. They also did blood work to check my levels and all that stuff...so my question is has anybody gone trough something a little similar to this and had a successful pregnancy? Im freaking out about having another miscarriage...

I have had 9 pregnancies and 4 miscarriages. This is our 5th pregnancy thats gone well. With our last pregnancy we bled at 7 weeks and had to refrain from intercourse till the second trimester. Baby made it to 48 weeks and was born fine. Just listen to exactly what your doctor says.

Yeah all to do with it…  it triggered my mucus plug to loosen and my cervix soften as if i was about to start labour… i was very scared… it took me 4+ years to concieve this bun! I left work around 10wks due to tjis being a high risk pregnancy and also im a carer for disability people so was at risk anyways! im an active e.g. running cycling, gym work outs but now cant do any of it now!
