c-section experiences?

So next Wednesday I'm going in for my scheduled c-section because my baby boy is breech. This is my first child & I have no idea what to expect. I'm soooo nervous! Can you mommies who have had c-sections tell me about your experience?

The only thing that ***** is you have to stay in the hospital an extra day. Or not it may depend on the hospital. And you can't hold the baby right after they take him/her out until you're all stitched up. Just have a family member hold the baby near your face. That's what my mom did and I got to hear him breathe and cry and feel his warmth. It was magical!!!

You won't feel any pain at all, and they put like a curtain so you can't see what's going on. Just have someone you love there to hold your hand and talk you through it, and maybe someone else to go picture crazy when they take the baby out! :) Don't worry too much.

Hello ive had 3 c sections the first because my baby was breeched. You'll be fine, it is scary but you wont even notice all thats going on with the excitement of baby being placed in your arms. Recovery is what kicks your butt the most have your partner or a family memeber help you the first week or two with getting up, bathing and baby.
