It's called PUPP a rash pregnant woman get around this time. Once not pregnant anymore it goes away :). I have it and doctor prescribed hydrocortisone for the itching. It's nothing to worry about coming from me a super paranoid mama.

L&D told me it's just from hormones and some ladies are unfortunate to get them. I still deal with it (37weeks) and they itch like crazy!

If they are tiny, don't worry. I have a very light complextion and have been getting these and moles :/ The red ones are the size of a freckle and they blanch or disappear when I put my finger across them which means they are like tiny capillaries .

I have the aswell, my doctor said that they are just little "birthmarks" that I've always had but never had enough blood for them to show. The excess blood fills them and they show up. But still get them checked just in case

If they itch you might want to go get checked. And even if they don't you should still go.
