Although your response was not directly for me, thank you.
I thought I would be pregnant right now but I'm cramping. My period is coming tonight or tomorrow. It's a day or two late but I feel like it may come.
Unfortunately I have used lubrication so maybe that's why.  My last period was 9/3 and I believe ovulation was week of the 16? I had sex 3 days on that week and after.
But I haven't symptoms of my cycle being on it's way.  I've never used a calendar
To get pregnant,  it just happened. But now since I'm trying it seems tricky.

Not sure if these are actually effective but they worked for me! Husband and I had sex four times when I was ovulating (not four times in one day!) and shockingly conceived during that week. I had read in one of my pregnancy books that most lubricants kill sperm. They suggested using natural oils instead, so we used grapeseed oil. I also let the sperm sit for 3-5 minutes after sex before I stood up. Another suggestion is to make sure you orgasm. There are several doctors out there doing research on this, and I actually watched a "love making" video in one of my evolutionary classes back in university where it shows the cervix contracting or "dipping" itself into the sperm during an orgasm. I could definitely see how this could increase the chances of conception which is why we tried it. (p.s You don't have to necessarily orgasm during sex.. you can do this after when you already have the sperm in you). Hope this wasn't TMI ;) and goodluck to you!
