Hemorrhage

I was told I have a hemorrhage and I'm 6 weeks 5 days pregnant. Any advice or stories on the turn out.

hi went through the same thing hun I was six weeks and started bleeding really really bad they checked on the baby baby was fine and I have been bleeding off the nonsense but I am now at 17 weeks and the baby is looking great

Lol hemorrhoids don't cause bleeding or clots.

No it's not a hemorrhoid. I seen it on the sonogram. And that the baby was fine. It just scared me seeing all this blood coming out. But all I've been told was to rest and relax . Just wondering if anyone went through this and if the baby was okay.

Are you sure they didn't say Hemorrhoid? It cause large amounts of blood to come out along with clots. It's usually from your rectum, not vagina. It could look like that depending how you wipe though. I've had them. It is a lot of blood and huge clots as well. But nothing like life threatening.
Hemorrhaging causes death by loss of blood. So I would definitely double check what they told you.

I'm sure she means a subchorionic hemorrhage. I have a sub bleed. Is small pockets of blood stuck in one spot. After a few weeks of bleeding on and off it stopped. Is still on my sono but haven't had a bleed. They sent me to a specialist I see every month.

Sounds like a miscarriage to me. But sometimes a subchorionic abruption can bleed like that without terminating the pregnancy. Rest is the only thing you can do right now and honestly there isn't much anyone could do at an ER to stop it either.
I assume they gave you guidelines about how much bleeding is TOO much and how to know if you need to be seen for excessive blood loss or dehydration.

Did the give you a sonogram? Did they say anything about the baby?

Yes they sent me home I have apt next week. They told me I have a hemorrhage and that's what's causing the blood and blood clots but other than that their no help. They just put me on bed rest .

They sent you home with you bleeding like that??? That don't sound right. If you are still concerned go back. That is a very serious thing, I would want to know if my baby was OK.

Gushing from your Vagina? Honey you may be Miscarrying . Are you in pain? Call the ambulance!

I did and they put me on bed rest. And my ob didn't give me any advice but bed rest as well :(

You need to go to the er...  lots of blood with clots is not good. Go get seen ASAP!

That's exactly what I have. Uncontrollable amount of blood gushing out with HUGE blood clots. I'm just trying to figure out how the outcome is because I'm terrified I'm going to miscarry.

I think you may be confused. A hemorrhage is an uncontrollable gushing bleeding episode. If you were hemorrhaging you'd certainly know it and you'd likely be in a fairly serious situation. Is that what's going on? Or is it something else?
