Preggie pop drops are overpriced and really not worth it

What works for me is to eat crackers. It helps settle my stomach

Oh and maybe ginger snaps?  I was told they work well, just bought some but haven't tried them yet.

They have "preggie pop drops" at Motherhood Maternity stores that work really good.

Oh I should also explain what the peppermint did for me sucking on the candy helps produce saliva to aid in digestion but the big thing for me that peppermint does is distract my sense of smell because my sense of smell is a big part of my nausia I also would put a little dab of Vicks right under my nose

Try sucking on hard peppermint candies I think my favorite was mentos but Altoids also have a lot of peppermint in them
Iced tea helped me stay hydrated homemade and with very little sugar in it if any
