I figured if I ate anything in the morning it would stop me from throwing up. I was eating a bowl of oatmeal and felt that pit in my stomach, then in my throat. I ran to the kitchen and ate crackers and sipped water preventing ne from getting sick. Maybe you can try crackers then a bowl or 2 of cereal. But yes I too am loving cereal. I'll also have it as a snack before bed if I get hungry. I gained so much weight with my 2nd baby. With this one I am 18 weeks but look much more further along. I'm scared of gaining too much too. Thankfully I started out very small but you wouldn't really know it looking at me now. I hate how fatigue, sore and nauseous I am, last thing I want to worry about is weight but it is important.
I'm 16 weeks 5 days and the only thing that doesn't make me feel sick is cereal, and I absolutely love it
Cereal is not a bad meal. And u didn't gain 10 pounds a month from cereal. I love cereal because its quick to fix
I'm 28 weeks I have been eating cereal since the beginning of the pregnancy for a snack before bed. I think its a much healthier snack than most other things. I like the flakes with strawberries in are my favorite. Or honey bunches. Yummy.
I did that with my 1st pregnancy and gained so much weight (50 lbs) at the end of pregnancy. My doctor put me on diet at around 6 months cuz I was gaining 10 lbs a month n said if I kept it up I would be bed written cuz I wouldn't be able to walk. It also made the delivery very difficult cuz my body was unhealthy. For my 2nd pregnancy I ate a lot healthier n exercised n only gain 19 lbs. The delivery was much easier n my recovery way faster. I'm pregnant now with my 3rd (16 weeks). Still eating healthy n exercising I have gained 5 lbs n just have a small ball in my lower abdomen. Doctor says baby is very healthy and he's a normal size. So I recommend to take care of ur body cuz it will determine how difficult ur delivery n recovery will be. Pregnancy will give u craving but don't let them get out of control but using the I'm pregnant excuse.
Im so addicted to cereal! I have to stop myself from eating that much. I stick to a serving to a serving and a half.
In the beginning of my pregnancies the only rhing that would settle my stomach was cereal. Even now when i want a snack, i get cereal. As long as they're not sugary cereals & are healthy, you should be ok.
