I just enter mi third trimester and I have gestational diabetes. I take insulin but the best way to control my blood sugar is a 15 min walk after meal and I found it gives me a energy boodt when I motivate myself to do it. I also avoid proceess food. Plenty of raw veggies and fruits give me better day but nothing miraculous... I guess we have to live with it :p
Same hereee :( other than eating all the right foods I have no idea what to do or how to help myself! And so far a change in my diet isn't helping.. I find that once I'm up that's half the battle done, but my energy levels don't pick up until alot later in the day like 5pm, which means I'm struggling with a decent bedtime :/
