I went to the doc to see how far I was, he went by my last period which was 7/30, that makes me 8 weeks but that same day they did a vaginal ultrasound and he said I was 8 weeks. Which one should I go by? A little confused....

They did the same thing to me wen i was 11 wks they dis the ultrasoun . N said i was 14 wks the they changes it again to 12. Weeks but thank god now am 5 mnths n 2 wks n havent changed

And u kno what's funny the doctor wants to go by my lmp. Thats y I'm confused!! If I go with the ultrasound date I'm currently 9 weeks....

Typically if the lmp date and the ultrasound date are a week or more apart they go by he ultrasound date.

No, I'm sorry I just turned 8 weeks yesterday but I went to the doctor last week. I was 7 weeks goin with my lmp and the ultrasound says i was 8 weeks last week. Im not sure which to go by

So ur 8 wks from ur period n 8 wks from the utrasound they did it the same day rite
