How long does it take for your stomach to go down..and heal after a c section
There really is no telling, everyone is diferent. The swelling took about 12 days then once that was gone I'd say another 2 week's for me & I gained close to 60lbs. By the time my son was 4 week's I didn't even look like I'd ever had a baby. That was 8 yrs ago. LOL I have no delusions this time around. I'm sure I'll snapback nice enuf bt not in 4 weeks' for sure. As an older mom I'm concerned. I'm going to try wrapping my belly this time around to help the process along. Girdle too.
Well i had one 2 years ago with my first now i will be having another with baby on the way and i just remember thinking like wow my stomach is never gunna look the same but it takes like 2 months for it to go back to normal but keep wearing your corset and keep putting on oils even tho it might feel very uncomfortable keep wearing something to tighten your stomach back up you will be thankful i can say my tummy went back to normal but after 2 years i still feel a lil bit of pain around the cut but tummy looked great so wear something
