One thing about Medicaid transportation though is that you have to give them 48 hours notice and you have to have a specific time (at least where I'm at). So definitely give your Medicaid caseworker a call bc I'm sure they can find a way to make it work for you.
I receive pregnancy WIC and I had an appointment with them yesterday and also with case management. I found out that they provide grants for Doulas. I had been considering having one because my mom is the only support I have and she works a lot so I want someone else to be available to be there with me during labor and delivery. I don't know if this would be available where you are but it's worth looking in to. They come to you wherever you are.
Call the number on your card. They will set up a date and time to pick you up.
Look on your insurance card and call. Ask them they should be able to give you information or another number to call.
I ride them they are good
