I have lost about 10 lbs so far with this pregnancy, some woman lose weight before gaining a bunch.
I lost 15 pounds before gaining anything due to constant morning sickness. And after I gained back the 15 pounds that I lost I only put on 25 more pounds and I'm due in 2 weeks. It just depends on your body and how it reacts to the pregnancy.
