Moms who are due in August

This may seem like a silly question but I'm due August 7th and got wondering should I really go and buy shorts for my son or should j just get onesies and sleepers. I've had a winter baby and have had a baby born right at the start of summer. I just don't wanna buy stuff I won't put him in for a long period of time

I have been wondering the same thing. I'm due August 12th and at first I was excited to be able to dress my baby in adorable summer clothes but then I realized that its the end of summer and it would get to cold to quick.

I had my first daughter on August 11 and she was mostly in onesies and sleepers. Didn't want to deal with all the clothing when she needed to be changed.

I'm having a csection on August 15th or 17th. And this is my 3rd August baby lol 2 girls and now a boy, but my other 2 kids are April and November.  I'm going to get shorts, onesies and sleepers and light clothes. a Dr told me, if your hot than your baby would be more hot than you and if your cold then your baby is a little more cold than you.

I would do onesies and sleepers! Even if you did bring him out, he needs to be covered from the sun anyways (:
