I got meds from my dr it helped alot .
Not sure where you live but at the h-e-b near me they have an isle with these dispeners like you would see at a candy store and a family friend got me candied ginger it helped also peppermints like the above person posted...i was way ubder weight when i got pregnant so my dr prescribed zofran for daytime use and promethazine for night time. I only used the night time meds a few times but i absolutely had to use the daytimes i had horrible morning sickness my whole first trimester! Hope you can find sum relief...also the smell of a freshly peeled orange helped me sumtimes.
In general, keeping food on your stomach helps. Eat small meals often. Keep crackers with you. Peppermint and ginger help.
