Has anyone ever done belly binding after the baby? How did you like it? How long did you have it for?

I just had bub Tuesday. It's the actual bengkung bind. I'm going to try it over a tank. It kept falling down lol
Wen are you due Soon2be5? I've heard it helps the healing process a ton and reduces swelling! I've seen a lot on pinterest but I also jus wanted to hear ppls personal experience wit. I did ask my midwife about it and she highly recommends it. I've heard it's best to put on asap! Are you getting a postpartum girdle or are you going to try the actual Bengkung belly binding wit the cloth?
In getting mine at 12 today so ill try to keep everyone posted with results :) wasn't sure if anyone had any positive results
Belly binder is malay traditions. Is good to flatten back ur tummy so I won't bloated n get back ur shape
I haven't done it but I'm going too after I deliver. I'm a do it a day or two after she pops out. Gotta get my bod back lol.
