OK so I'm 39weeks+3days & this afternoon around 2pm I went to the bathroom when I wiped I was spotting but it was light and then I started feeling alot of pressure dwn below now I'm having these sharp pains on & off , can someone help me out is this a sign of labor?

Yes its a sign, those are most likely contractions...time them, the pain should last 45 seconds and you should get them every 5 min or less. Also if you keep feeling like you need to poop and it feels like your body wants to push then get to the hospital right away.

I END UP FALLING TO SLEEP AND WHEN I DO GO TO THE BATHROOM IT FEEL LIKE I GOT TO PEE SO BAD BUT A LITTLE PEE AND PRESSURE LIKE HE TRYING TO BUST OUT, BUT MY WATER HASN'T BROKE EITHER WHEN HE MOVING AROUND I FEEL IT DOWN BELOW NOW & MY BUTT..
