I had same problem for long time I ate pasta noodles
Im 9 weeks and feel sick worst in the mornings i stick to Ginger ale and peanut butter on crackers.
Usually the more you don't eat...the more nauseous you get. Try eating small portions. Like grazing throughout the day especially when you're about to get nauseous. Carbs are usually what ladies reach for. Try crackers, bread, noodles, pasta, even french fries. I drank gingerale with my first pregnancy. Then opted for less sugary Perrier (carbonated water). Both helps sooth my tummy.
Hopefully you find some thing you can eat/drink that works for you. But usually I found that the emptier my stomach was, the sicker I felt. At the same time I couldn't be to full either. So grazing really worked.
I agree with above. Any empty stomach is the worst for morning sickness. I was told to eat protein before bed (like almonds or cheese) to help in the morning. And to eat a few soda crackers immediately when waking. One important thing to know is that calorie intake isn't high priority right now. So don't let that worry you. Just eat when and what you can to get thru this part. Congratulations to you!
