Gatorade was a life saver for me!
I used to add pieces of lime or mint leaves in my water bottles as I cd never have plain water. Now its a bit better tho I only drink slightly cold water to stop from gagging.
Ginger ale helped me. I also froze Gatorade into little ice cubes and sucked on those
Try mineral water ,soda water thats what worked for me
Honestly I drink kool aid, Artificial sweeteners trigger my migraines so I avoid them. I just use less sugar when making it.
Maybe try the G2 Gatorade or crystal light or propel.. all are delicious!
I have the same problem. I've found the flavored vitamin water helps and seltzer water, iced tea or ginger ale
I flavored my water for a while. Get flavor packets, or the liquids. But make sure to drink more to counter the sodium that usually is in them
You could drink tea it doesn't matter if its cold or hot but only a little sugar, any tea and it also makes labor easier.
