update and question

Ok ladies for thoses who where worried about me and me little girl we are both fine still a high risk n my drs r tellin me to abort her but i just cant.. i am still working and doing all the things i have been doing in this preg...now my question is when is it a good time to tell my new enplorler that i am preg. And i will be soon asking for leave. I kno i cant get paid leave cause i havent been there a year or anything.. but they still have to give me my leave that comes almost after my 90 days so ill be put on there inser. And who do i tell hr or the manger her self?

You should be close to 7 months. Have you spoken to your OB about potentially scheduling a CSection since you seem high risk and are farther than 24 weeks. Also depending on your employer I would speak to HR and see what steps you have to take. While you don't qualify for FMLA, you should check their leave policy? Also check and see whether your employer has a rolling enrollment period for ins or just one set period for the year.
