Painting outside house?

This morning they started painting the outside of my house,I kept doors and windows closed but still smelt in the house,my husband told me to open everything so there is ventilation...
Will breathing these fumes and chemicals be harmful to my baby?? I am 31weeks pregnant!

You'll be ok. I would still limit myself to it if I were you...if it's the whole outside of the house I'm assuming you smell it all the time...I worked in a shop and pregnant or not we still wore a respirator. You should probably take breaks from it...leave the house or whatever for a bit.

No I painted a whole house inside and outwhen I was about as far along as you. Most paint is latex which is water based so it's fine. If it's oil based then there's a problem, there's lead in oil based paint
