Pelvic pain?

Ok I am 32 weeks, I sleep with a body pillow in between my legs. But my pelvic area hurts every time I walk, open my legs etc. What is going on? Is this pain supposed to be occurring .

It could be SPD or what is now referred to a PGP (Pelvic Girdle Pain). Speak to your midwife or obgyn etc, they may recommend physio or using a maternity Beith to ease the pressure.

Yes that's you pelvis opening up. Preparing for when the baby drops. I sleep with a pillow between my legs too and my stuff still hurts.
