Hi I personally don't get it but my husband does every now n then I think its stress and working to much that causes hes when hes havin one hes trying to call out my name to help him,I tell him its ok im here it usally calms him down then hes fine stress makes your mind do strange things
I have had sleep paralysis every so often prior to being pregnant and just had it the first time in my pregnancy the other day. It seems to happen when I have been eating more sugars and not sleeping well. I've become pretty good at calming myself down and focusing on my breathing to bring me out of it. I don't panic as bad as I use to :)
I got it before I was ever pregnant. I started getting it at 9yrs old. I'm now 29 and get it a few times a year still. Luckily i haven't gotten it while I been pregnant.
I got it ALL the time when I was pregnant. It scared me so bad I was afraid to sleep for the longest time!
