Sleep Paralysis! PLEASE help!

I've never experienced it personally before getting pregnant, but I'm familiar with it because my mom and brother both suffered from it a few times. I'm now two months and this is yhr second time I have been sleep and felt "stuck" and afraid. Has anyone else experienced this?! I REALLY hope I'm not alone.

I have had sleep paralysis every so often prior to being pregnant and just had it the first time in my pregnancy the other day. It seems to happen when I have been eating more sugars and not sleeping well. I've become pretty good at calming myself down and focusing on my breathing to bring me out of it. I don't panic as bad as I use to :)

I got it before I was ever pregnant.  I started getting it at 9yrs old. I'm now 29 and get it a few times a year still. Luckily i haven't gotten it while I been pregnant.
