H&m has a great maternity line. I also found a cute regular size dress just bought a L instead of a M that was form fitting.

As a photographer,  keep it simple!!  Jeans and a t-shirt, dresses are ok (maxi dresses or a form fitting ones look best).  You want to show your bump off, not look like a tent, do stay away from flow tops. I can't stress a simple outfit enough though!!  Solids work best, no patterns!!  If your SO, or other kids are going to be in the pics, dress the same,  example,  black t shirt and jeans!!  Take little baby items to include too, a onsie, shoes, blocks to spell out baby's name, sono pics, etc.  Try to figure out if you want any bare belly pics, that will help with the outfit too.  Simple, simple, simple!!
