Pregnancy - Scared!

Hello again!!
Still pregnant,  almost two months,  which is probably a sneeze for some of you,  but I've never made it past two months... Anxious! So,  few questions... Is it normal I'm scared & freaked out most of the time? 2. Why do I feel like crap every single night? (nauseous,  sleepy/not sleepy,  hot etc)  3. I have sinus issues,  Dr said it's ok to use over the counter nasal spray,  is it though?  I've already seen the heart flicker on the ultrasound... How old does a munchkin need to be to be able to see that? I apologize for so many of them... But i figure better ask then freak out more & wonder.  :)  TY

It is completely okay for you to be freaked out and scared. I was the same way a few months ago. I still am. I freak out over everyhing. It is completely normal for you to have saline nasal spray. Your body is going through a lot of changes and it definitely helps. It is also normal for you to have mood changes and difficulty sleeping. You are doing great. Just keep drinking tons of water.

My doctor always told me not to use nasal sprays. Anything Tylenol is safe though

The evening symptoms you are describing sound like Morning Sickness. I had ALL DAY sickness with my 2nd pregnancy and 0 sickness with my 1st. Every pregnancy is different. If you are concerned with nasal sprays, you can go to a whole foods type store and get an herbal remedy instead. There are lots of great options. If it's super dry nostrils- a little bit of petroleum jelly in each nostril will definitely help you out! Good luck and congrats!!
