Pregnant and intense exercise

I just found out I am pregnant. I exercise quite a lot as a hobby. I wont have my first appointment until next month. What is considered "moderate" exercise? What are some examples?

Any athletes (weight lifters, kickboxers, marathon runners, etc) have any advice?

Whatever you were doing before is the rule don't do more and don't fall

I'm a crossfiter.  I have many friends who have continued at the same pace at normal throughout their pregnancies. I have one friend,  a CF coach, who was squatting 95# while she was in labor. I wouldn't go that far, but I've continued with most things until it was no longer comfortable. I won't do box jumps or double unders, but I modify other things. I can't do push ups any more because my belly hits the floor, lol, but I do wall push ups.  Kettlebells are pretty much my best friend right now.

Most of the time they say if you were doing it b4 your fine till at least your second trimester then you need to listen to your body and not push it you will still be able to be active just not quite as vigourus
