Prontogest Ampoules anyone taking them?

They are progestrone vials that my dr prescribed as soon as I found out I am pregnant.

I thought they go in the fridge maybe that's why they were so painful. The last few shots were a lot easier when I warmed them up.

I heard warming them in hot water will thin it out so is not so painful, ice the area before, then massage. I think I read you could use a smaller needle too but I don't quite remember the gauge.

The progestrone shots are so painful they are oil I think :/

I'm on crinone until 12 weeks, it's awful. Makes me so sick. I have every side effect listed on the pamphlet.

I was on Makena the progesterone shots, but I've never heard of those

I take prometrium, which is a progesterone supplement (200mg, vaginally every night).
