Puppp

I've tried oatmeals, creams, the soap that smells like a campfire, Benadryl. I'm not itching. (Which is so hard) and it still is spreading. I feel like I'm on fire and it's total torture. Doc won't talk induction with me until Wednesday. What do I do?!

Put aloe vera in zip local bags and freeze it. Then you can refreeze them and it will mold around your arms and legs a bit better than ice. Also you could try hydrocortisone cream, not positive it will work but it's worth a shot. It doesn't help that it's so hot out and your hormones have you sweating all day. Hope you all feel better soon!!

I'm 41weeks so already a week past due date. It is the worst kind of suffering. There are things that helped finally but it's temporary. But I will share anything I can bc I under stand the pain and won't be out of it myself for a few more days. Basically be as naked as you can appropriately so for your house or environment. Switch between calamine and an oatmeal lotion. Make sure the oatmeal one is non greasy bc u definitely don't want your skin to stay any sort of wet. If you can find an old style box fan stay in front of it as much as u can. I'm home with a problem pregnancy I move to Pee and eat. Take like 6 showers a day. The smelly pine tar soap made it worse at first but better after 3 showers with it. But that relief is verrryyyy temporary. And make homemade ice packs with actual cubes in a Ziploc and place it over affected areas instead of itching. Put on socks if it's by your feet the cotton kind. And make sure to spot dry any and every little crevice with a towel after showers do not rub dry....hope I helped

Omg, it is AWFUL! Mine started on Monday on my back and has now spread everywhere except my neck and face. I've tried topical steroid, benadryl, zantac, vistaril, oatmeal bath, grandpa's pine tar. Some of these help relieve *symptoms* for a bit, but the rash is continuing to spread. I feel like a leper. How far along are you? I'm hoping my doc will cobsider inducing at 37 seeks... I can't take five more weeks of this.
