You shouldn't have to lift anything that causes you pain. I feel like that's your body telling you that it's too much. If you want just call your doctor so you can have more peace of mind.
I would call the dr, when I lift something that's too heavy I get tightness in my belly and it feels painful, so I try to limit my lifting of heavier things, and people at work are really helpful and won't let me lift things thst they think are too heavy.
I talked to my manager and he now has other people taking out the trash so everything is ok
I have to take out the trash almost daily at work and my baby is fine.
