Sore throat
My choir just had 2 concerts. One yesterday and one on Thursday. We had rehearsal after school all week also. My throat is killing me. I tried cough drops didnt help at all. I also tried vaporizing chest rub. Isn't working either. Any ideas?
Or if that doesn't help warm milk and honey. The milk soothes the throat.
I'll try that!
