I dont think i would mind sharing on here since it is pretty anonymous but not social media or friends.  I live in a small town so everyone basically knows everyone. It urks me when people post things on social media like 20 weeks until we meet little "Abby" etc.   We dont even have a name picked out for our little man yet!

With my first son I named him Asher my friend was pregnant around the same time, she delivered a baby girl first and named her Aysha and I had my sins name Asher picked from the get go so it looked like I had copied her so this pregnancy as soon a si found out the sex I was loud and proud about his name to make sure the same thing didn't happen again I have a few friends pregnant along side me again, I actually feel better about addressing my unborn baby by his name makes me feel like he is 'real' even though he still wpuld be regardless lol

We are trying not to share because we don't want to say for sure until our little guy is here. Too many family experiences of the name nut being right for baby when born

I was furious!! I was keeping it a secret until my baby shower and then after I told her the name she blasted  it on Facebook as her baby name. And I am in LOVE with our baby names! How are you ladies feeling? When are you all do? Boy or Girl? We don't know yet but crossing my fingers for a girl, last baby #8.

I totally understand. I've shared with my mom the names that we've picked out and her response is always " ummmm I don't know if I like that name"..  It gets on my nerves! And now I'm like I'm going to name "my baby" wth I want to and from now on I'm not sharing. When he or she is here they will be introduced.

I won't share on here our boy or girls name. I was just thinking this today! How ironic. Although we have shared with family, and honestly I wish we hadn't. My boyfriends mom has posted both names we have chosen for our baby (who is a girl) all over FB which we don't even have. It is very very irritating and almost has me furious at times when I think about it. I guess that's stupid huh.

Or people will give you their opinions (usually negative from my experience) and then try to help you come up with even better names. Stress From being harassed by in law's... No, thank you.

Don't share. You never know who might steal it. Some one I know once shared with a good friend of hers. That "friend" used her name, announced it to all thier friend's and family, and claimed she can't remember where she got the idea for that name in the first place.

Whew, I felt guilty. We are not sharing with anyone either. I had  friend who was pregnant the same time as me a few yrs back and she took my bAby name. She delivered first.

Phew! Lol good to know that I am not alone! The most I have been willing to share is that his name means Victorious and it's a destination. Lol I just would be irate to see someone name their son my baby boys name....it's not a very popular name but I absolutely love it and it fits perfectly with his two sisters names. Lol at the secret name society LOL
