You can have an Epson salt bath. Or alternate a heating pad and ice. Those have helped me :)
Me too. 18 weeks and I did ask a friend. She said to lay on your back with your legs on the wall and slowly pull 1 leg away from the wall at a time. Also to get a deep tissue massage
If you figure it out let me know! I have scoliosis and sciatica which blows without being pregnant. I'm already dying from it.
