My sciatic nerve pain is horrible! No one is open today and nothing is helping. It's in my back going down my butt and down my leg! Anyone have any tricks?
You can have an Epson salt bath. Or alternate a heating pad and ice. Those have helped me :)
Me too. 18 weeks and I did ask a friend. She said to lay on your back with your legs on the wall and slowly pull 1 leg away from the wall at a time. Also to get a deep tissue massage
If you figure it out let me know! I have scoliosis and sciatica which blows without being pregnant. I'm already dying from it.
