Worried first time mom

I'm 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I found out I was pregnant 2 weeks ago. Occasionally I get cramps. Like period cramps and it hurts so bad I can't even move. I took another pregnancy test last Wednesday to make sure I'm still pregnant. It came out positive. When I went to the hospital 2 weeks ago they did a ultrasound and saw a little peanut in there. Today I woke up to really bad cramping. So I went to the bathroom and did my "duty" if you know what I mean. But when I wiped I saw a little blood. Has anyone experienced period cramps during their pregnancy? I'm freaking out a little. I really don't want to lose this baby :'( please put your input and tell me if you've experienced what I am.

Cramping usually means your uterus is growing to accomadate the baby, making room. Glad to hear everything is ok. Try and relax when you can, easier said than done, but try not to stress, stress always makes things worse.

This morning around 3 am a gush of blood came out. I thought for sure it was a miscarriage. I was expecting the worst. Just got out of the doctors office and the baby is fine and heartbeat is 118 per min. Haven't had any cramps today but my nerves are shot and I'm super emotional and drained right now and I work until 1am :(
